Here are some highlights:
We added an SMS booking confirmation feature. When a customer books a one-off, recurring, or package visit, they will receive a confirmation text message with the details of their booking. This is available in both English and Arabic, and is sent based on the customer’s stored language preference. A company must have the “Send SMS” option selected in their settings in order to trigger sending these messages to their customers.
We also finished and released the user story “As an Ionoview user, I should be able to see the driver location using dots instead of pins and arrows for dropoff and pickup locations.” With this feature, when you check driver tracking you should see dots instead of pins. A dot with an arrow down is used for pickup, a dot with an arrow up for dropoff, and white dots for the ride route.
As always, we continue to work in an agile way to add more fixes and improvements.
